Privacy Policy
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data on lara.marketing is PayPerAction Ltd, Paphos, Cyprus, represented by Larisa Kupriashina. Contact for any privacy question: lara@payperaction.eu.
What data we collect
When you send the chain-check request form, we receive:
- your name and your email address or Telegram username;
- your type of business and monthly ad budget range;
- your message, if you write one;
- the result of the self-check on the page, if you used it.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser, time of the request) in server logs for security and operation of the site.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and arrange a call. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not send newsletters without your separate consent.
Who processes the data for us
- Netlify, Inc. (USA): hosting of this site and receiving form submissions.
- Google LLC (USA): email service where form notifications are delivered.
Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not include tracking pixels. Fonts are served from this site, not from third-party servers. One optional setting (the niche tab you last chose) may be stored in your browser's local storage; it never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests for as long as needed to answer them and for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we start working together, data is kept for as long as the contract and legal record-keeping duties require.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to lara@payperaction.eu. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
